Thoroughly understand our process before placing an order to avoid delays. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Custom orders
   Personalised/sublimated items are made to order and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless a clear defect is present upon delivery.
2. Product Variations
   Slight variations in colour or design may occur due to the handmade nature of our items and the sublimation process. We aim to display colors and images as accurately as possible.
3. Order confirmation & Payment
   Orders are captured only once payment / proof of payment is received. Payments made without proof may result in delays.
4. Processing Time
   Please allow a standard lead time for personalised orders, which will be communicated during checkout or upon order confirmation.
5. Lead Times
   General lead time: +- 7-14 working days, subject to stock availability and order volumes.
6. Shipping & Delivery
   We are not liable for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Our Courier Delivery Services: Optional overnight service also available at an additional cost. All orders are processed and delivered via courier services throughout South Africa.
7. Damages
   If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for assessment.
8. Quality takes time, no rush orders
   No rush orders, personalised gifting is a craft that deserves the time and care needed to deliver exceptional quality and precision. Artwork supplied by clients. Ensure images are clear and of high quality for the best printing results. Unfortunately low-quality artwork leads to low-quality prints.
